What will happen on my Viewing Trip?

Day 1

• Arrival in Calabria ( Lamezia Terme Airport.)
• Transfer to your hotel.
• Relaxed tour of local area

Day 2

• Area & property visits.

Day 3

• Visit properties for any second viewings.
• Discuss legal and financial matters.
• Return transfer to airport.

Meals & Hotels " 3 stars S"

• 2 nights accomodation is provided in a 3 stars hotel in Capo Vaticano , only 10 minutes from Tropea , and 10 minutes walk from the Beach
• You can try out the famous Calabrian food.

We have a specials prices :

Hotel : 20 euro per day per person (Bed & Breckfast) instead of 35 euro

We pay for the transfer from Lamezia Terme Airport ( If you came by yourself it'll cost about 180 euro) and transport around the Area & property .

Not Included :Hotel, Telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages , lunch and dinners ( must be paid separately)

Flights:

Flights are not included in the offer and you are required to book and pay for your own flights. As our service is subject to availability please do not book flights until you have received confirmation from us that your booking of viewing trip is available.
